Sumit Panda Cricket Academy- Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund process. Please read our refund policy carefully before registering for the Winter Cricket Camp.
🔹 Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund :
– Available if cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the camp start date.
– A full refund will be issued minus a £25 administrative fee. - Partial Refund (50%) :
– If cancellation is made 7–13 days before the camp starts, you will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. - No Refund:
– Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of camp or after the camp has begun are not eligible for any refund.
– No-shows will not be refunded.
🔹 Special Considerations
- Medical Emergencies: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented medical emergencies that prevent participation. A doctor’s note may be required.
- Camp Cancellation by Organizer: If the camp is cancelled due to low enrollment, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
🔹 How to Request a Refund

– Participant’s full name
– Registration details
– Reason for cancellation
All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
🔹 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the request.
