A Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning coach who is also qualified in Nutrition and Exercise Science. When working with young adults Coach Josh looks to strengthen both the mind and body, so that, they can work to the best of their capabilities and perform at the highest level. Josh will target agility, flexibility, and mobility style training to drive the importance of strength and conditioning in young athletes. They will thrive off the energy that Josh will bring as a coach and will hugely benefit from his knowledge and experience. They will be working hard but also having a lot of fun.
