This winter, rather than grouping players purely by age, trainees will work in smaller groups based on ability, experience and development needs—ensuring every player is appropriately challenged.
Our aim is to bridge the gap between 1-to-1 coaching and group training, bringing individual attention, technical detail and intensity into a high-quality group environment.
Sessions will focus on:

📅 Sundays | October–December
⏱️ 9 x 2-hour sessions | 18 hours

🕐 Two Sunday session times will be available. Players can register for their preferred weekly slot, giving families greater flexibility around busy winter schedules. Both sessions will follow the same High Performance Academy structure and coaching principles.
As part of our commitment to our existing SPCA families and affiliated club groups, we’re offering priority registration at £150 for the next 7 days (Sunday 16th August 2026), before the programme opens at the standard £165 fee.
Our coaching team already have strong working relationships with many of the players through our junior programmes. This existing knowledge allows us to carefully design smaller, well-matched training groups behind the scenes, ensuring each player is placed in the most appropriate environment to maximise their development.
Open to ambitious U13, U15, U18 and Senior players looking to improve, be challenged and prepare properly for the 2027 season.
Don’t simply train with your age group. Train at the level that challenges you.
